An affiliate is anyone who brings us deals, and there are two ways to do it.
The first is open to everyone: bring your deal straight through this site, realquickfunds.com. No membership, no application, no cost. You find the deal, you stay on it, and you get paid when it funds.
The second is the VIP path, built for people who want to turn this into a real pipeline. We build you your own custom white-label funding website - your brand, our full product line behind it - to drive your own leads through, and we run an automated nurture campaign on those leads for you, so the follow-up keeps working even when you're not. You bring the traffic; the system does the chasing and we handle the funding.
The per-deal split is identical on both paths - a straight 50/50 on everything we fund directly. What changes is volume. Why the math is different here
On escrow-secured funding - EMD, Double Close, Stack Method, and Echo - we're the direct lender, not a broker. It's our capital, so there's no middleman taking a cut ahead of you: when a deal you bring funds, we split actual profits 50/50. You earn dollar for dollar alongside us. On the business we refer out - hard money and DSCR - we've negotiated a strong referral rate with our lending network, and the majority of it goes to you.
