Transaction Coordination

Transactional Funding

Whether it’s $1,000 or $10M for your down-payment, we will provide the capital to get your deal closed with ease.

What does it cost?

We charge a simple 2.5% fee on the amount we fund with a minimum of $2500.

Additional fees would include:

1. Transactional Coordination. They depend on the TC selected but range from $2500 to $3500 per transaction with our partners.

2. Expedited files (less than 2 weeks to close). This is an additional 1% ($1000 minimum).

3. Additional complexities in the transaction such as multiple stages of cash movement, or non-standard deal structures. These are typically an additional 1% to 2% depending on the situation.
