What does it cost?
On the day we fund, a small transaction fee is required. This fee ranges from $200 to 500.
If the deal closes, we we apply that fee toward the lending fee at close. Lending fees are a fraction of the EMD amount and are typically 30% to 40%.
It the deal does not close, there are no additional charges. We only win when you win.
